Who deserves accolades for their influential career in Canadian education research?
Since 1967, CEA’s Whitworth Award has been presented to an illustrious group of researchers who have had a profound impact on education policy and practice in Canadian education – Keiren Egan, Lorna Earle, Michael Fullan, Carl Bareiter, Douglas Willms, and Andy Hargreaves to name a few.
Awarded every three years as formal recognition of career scholarly work and contribution, the Whitworth Award also provides additional networking opportunities with CEA’s national network, and comes with an invitation to submit a feature article about their latest research focus to Education Canada magazine.
